Delayed Bitcoin Payment
A bitcoin withdrawal of $916.82 was approved on 3/9/20 at Ruby Slots and I immediately emailed the payment center what crypto address to send it to. In the terms and conditions on their site it states "Payment will be made in 7 to 10 business days after approval." which means I should have gotten the funds by 3/23 at the latest. Well, it's April 1st, and still nothing. After a chat representative escalated the payment on 3/25, I was told I would have the funds within 48 hours. On 3/27 when I still didn't receive the money, this is what I was told by a customer service rep:
(09:23:41) Meghan S.: It looks like your withdrawal request was escalated a couple days ago, and it is still under review.
(09:23:55) Meghan S.: It should't take longer
(09:24:01) Meghan S.: As soon as I have an update I will be emailing you back.
(09:24:15) Me: I was told it would take 2 days
(09:24:24) Me: after the escalation
(09:24:52) Meghan S.: After escalated it can take up to 72 hours.
(09:25:21) Me: Okay that's not what Michael Ruth told me
(09:26:02) Meghan S.: I am a payout specialist and that is the time frame after a request is escalated sir.
(09:26:12) Me: So by this time tomorrow I will have my money?
(09:27:49) Meghan S.: 72 hours sir, and our Finance Department doesn't work on the weekends.
(09:28:24) Meghan S.: I willbe getting in touch with them now to make sure they wil prioritize your payment.
(09:28:49) Meghan S.: As soon as I have an update I will be contacting you back.
So reading that you would think I would get it 3/30. Nope. I chat again on 3/31, once again confirm the crypto address, and here is what I am told:
(01:07:24) Michael Ruth: They (The Payment are almost done for today, so probably nothing will happen today, please reach to me tomorrow for an update.
Today, on 4/1, I try to reach out to Michael again... and he has the day off. I am done dealing with them and with the false time frames and runarounds they give.
