I just completed a players rewards card with a win of $473 the casino did not want to pay because they said that players rewards are free bonus. This is not so, they refused to pay over and over because of the players reward card deposit.

Dear Player:
Please be aware that as per casino rules, it is required to make a real deposit after redeeming free chips or free money on the Casino. After checking your account we've noticed you have redeemed 3 Reward Cards (which are considered free money) in a row. No real deposits in between each free bonus money redeemed as required as per Casino rules, therefore winnings on last free bonus money redeemed have been voided.
"The Player may not consecutively redeem multiple no-deposit bonuses. Free chip offers are meant only for our regular loyal players and unless otherwise stated in order to cash out on a free chip offer you should have an active depositing account. Should a Player redeem one no-deposit bonus and then be subsequently offered another one, the Player must make a real money deposit into their account in the interim in order for the Player to be eligible to redeem the second no-deposit bonus.
In the event that a Player redeems a no-deposit promotional offer that he/she is not entitled to, any winnings generated from that promotion will be voided." http://www.rubyslots.com/rules.php#free-chip
