All Payments declined
I have requested a payment 4 different times now over the past 4 months and everyone keeps getting denied. The last request was for $2000 and was transaction #4073827. Every time it gets denied I go onto the casino and open up a chat and talk with a representative and ask them why the payment was denied. They tell me the same thing every time, "we need to verify your account, and please email us the information so we can verify it". The last one told me to email the same information that I had already filled out in order to get paid, all the wire transfer info, bank accounts, names, addresses and so forth. He told me that it would get escalated and I will get paid. I emailed all the information and still got denied. This just keeps going in circles and the same thing keeps happening. They are not paying me what is owed. They have all my documents and there is nothing left to give. Please Help.
