I have many payouts since May 2018 still pending status and I haven’t received a payout in a month. I’m a longtime loyal player here since 2012 and feel my payouts are held back because of the fact that I am loyal! So it’s causing anxiety and depression. Dan was my vip rep but I haven’t heard from him In a year.
