Account withdrawal problems since April

My first ticket was rejected because I didn't include enough email communication. Here are the emails stating my case. because they refused to pay me even after they told me everything was good and to go withdraw again.... I have been at this for over two months now. Rubyslots are refusing to pay me for some reason. They wont tell me the reason why they can accept all the deposit I enter but as soon as I want to cash out, account closure. Please help.

Tawni, this is unacceptable, and if what you're saying is true then ruby slots has knowingly committed fraud and should be shut down immediately! pending an investagation. Because Ruby slots are running an online business with malice forethought and absolutely zero fiduciary responsibility. These kind of crimes are subject to life senesces in some cases, and ruby slots is actively engaging in this criminal mindset of operations.

Any account i signed up with you people came directly from your email marketing division. Everything was already prepopulated in the fields for easy sign up. I even tried several times through chat and email to get the spelling of my last name changed from Rackett to Brackett, Which is probably your reasoning behind so-called misleading information. This issue was brought to y'alls attention and I never got a response for. And at the same time ruby slots is accepting all my deposits no problem. And then all of the sudden I win and when it comes your turn to pay out. That's when I get all the nonsense and ridiculous tactics you use to first get the client very upset hoping for threatening language or some other kind of belittling to get the client to say the one thing they're not supposed to so you can kick them out and get away with robbery and fraud and miss use of your fiduciary responsibility.

And if you don't think ruby slots is actively engaging in criminal practice then why do I still get inventions from them and all their sister casinos? All I was doing is playing a promotional free chip y'alll sent me which turned into me depositing hundreds of dollars and when I finally win, you close my account right after verifying me.

Delaying payment and splitting them
I won over $8000 a few months ago I had a long process to go through. They didn’t accept my documents I finally got verified and now my first withdrawal of course he said you can only do $2500 at a time they split that into two 1250 payments when I set for one full 2500+ they took out a fee and said they are going to charge me another fee on the other 1250 when that comes that I have to wait 7 to 10 business days for each approval through the casino and 7 to 10 days of their money baking system to send the money so that’s a full month each time I have multiple payments coming and I requested them all in the middle of November and they are with holding my money and not sending that money as promised everything was approved. Everything was verified and I’m not receiving my payments. I have all kinds of chats that said I will get them directly one after another and that I would not have to have the timeframe waited in between now they’ve decided even split them saying it was due to their third-party payment company and I said if that’s the case, why do I have to wait another 7 to 10 days for the other have to be approved that if it was the payment company that split it they are just delaying my payments intentionally I have chatted over and over and I have all chats to proof I would like this looked at plus all the extra fees that are gonna be charged if they split and they said they can also split every request of mine if need be and charge me extra fees if need be this is just an intentional delay. I would like this addressed please.
