Account Fully Verified But Declined My Withdrawal Three Times
I was able to to complete the wager requirement of $100 free chip no deposit sign up bonus, live chat perfectly working, when my account got verified an agent from live chat asked me to send the btc address as well for verification so I did, after 7 days they blocked me on live chat and declined my withdrawal, I emailed them but did not get any reply. I requested a withdrawal again 01/12/22 and received an email confirmation that they received my request but after the review process they declined/cancelled it again then another request 15/12/22 and received an email confirming that they received my request and today 7th day (2-7 days to review a withdrawal request ) they declined/cancelled my withdrawal again. It is a small amount of money ($100) but they need to stop doing this to the players.
