I requested withdrawal 1 week ago. After few days I received email from security department that they need to run security check of betting. I havent used any bonuses. I am VIP client at royspins casino so I know how to play and know Terms and Conditions at royspins casino.
I would like that they remove block of my withdrawal and I want to withdraw 5000 eur.
