So i made deposit 13/3/2018 to Oshi casino, amount of 20€. I got clear email that i have 140% anniversary bonus availeble with code on it. So i went and adde the code and it was accepted, then made the deposit. No bonus was credited. I went to chat and first they said it is the first deposit bonus offer code, and i said that it can't be since their email was very very clear that it was anniversary gift. I have added proof to my complaint for AG team to check on.
So i asked my deposit to be refunded back to my skrill account since this was so clear misleading email to get me to deposit in here.
They said first that since it was my third deposit i will get 25% that is on welcome bonus. I was amused since i actually had this situation before! I made my secont deposit and used another code than welcome bonus, and they forfeited my second deposit welcome bonus and gladly and normally added the one i got in email, no problem. It can be seen on my account. Sended proof of that also.

So they basically tryid every excuse not to credit it. And refused to pay my deposit back after clear misleading actions from their part.

I either want my bonus added that i made deposit for, or my deposit back to my skrill.

Hi, so first they said that the offer was only for first deposit, then after i sended ss from the offer showing it clearly is not fist deposit offer, they changed statement that i have to redeem third deposit bonus, and when i said i have redeemd different code before, with proof, they again changed the statement that it was accidentally sended to me.. Well, after i informed them that i have filed a complaint, they sended email how they had technical issues and that is why i got the email.. Ok, many reasons i see. And then they were so kind ( see the sarcasm) that they added me 3000 points, that i could change for freespins or cash, in total of 3 Euros! Wow. Lol.

But, i played my deposit since i knew that they could not just be fair and add a bonus that was offered to me, by accident or not, they could have gotten this solved more easily.. I won't return here anymore.

Since they "gave me a little compensation" that i only could laugh, this matter is solved.
