Payment declined and took away from account


Get emails atleast once a week getting offered bonus. Took a 100% bonus offer and deposited £10 so got another £10 bonus. Went on roulette and won £70 pound tried to withdraw it, but it was declined because of minimal risk waging, which is fer enough. I was told I needed to wager over £405 to be able to withdraw. So I wagered a way over that amount and I emailed them if I was able to withdraw it now and I was told yes, have the email to prove it. So I withdrew £320 and kept a bit in my account . I played some slots which I'm sure are not minimal risk wagers are they? And won some more I withdrew another £80. A few days later my withdrwals where declined and I only received my £10 deposit back! I feel like I have been scammed and did not expect this from a big company like this.

We have reviewed the player's account. We can confirm that upon receiving the bonus the player proceeded to bet on red and black to finish the wagering requirement. Covering red and black on one spin means covering 36 of the 37 possible spots on the wheel and so is considered a minimal risk bet. We asked the player to re-wager through these bets before requesting another withdrawal, this time ensuring not to place any minimal risk bets.

After placing some bets the player asked via email how much wagering he had before he could request a withdrawal. Our reply was as follows:

Thank you for you for your email.
You have already wagered the amount you were needed to re wager and you can request for a withdrawal. From there, the finance will re assess you again if you have complied with the bonus terms.
You will be then contacted via email by the finance department.
We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience caused.

After requesting a withdrawal our finance team reviewed the player's bets but it was confirmed that the player had placed minimal risk bets once again. Unfortunately due to the extent of minimal risk bets we then emailed the player to confirm that we had removed all bonus winnings, returning his original deposit amount.

I Joined jackpot 247 in Aug 2014. Was asked to provide Identification (3 different documents) on 5th October 2014 as I had won a smaller amount and requested a standard withdrawal that had not been a problem for me at other casino's. This is where my problems began. I asked where my withdrawal was and received a reply on the 14th Oct indicating one of the documents had expired, that was obviously fine so sent the new driving licence and heard nothing at all about my win again despite numerous emails was met with a wall of silence. In June this year decided to give the site another go after still receiving all of the bonus offers through email, I was asked for further identification at this time which bizarrely included a picture of myself holding my ID. (I've since found out after reading this is becoming more common) Anyway I adhered to this and sent the request. After spending large sums of money (stupidly on my part) recently Sept '15 won a very nice amount for £5025. I completed the terms and conditions of the promotion and made a withdrawal for £2000 on 21st Sept and that was that or so I thought. I on the 26th Sept after hearing nothing sent a polite reminder asking for an update with my withdrawal and was met with a response indicating "kindly note your account is under review by management" on the 26th Sept this year and after a further follow up email again have been met with a wall of silence. I hope to have a resolution to my withdrawal as I'm not sure what steps i can take from here.
