Redbet Casino - Weird withdrawal procedure, payment still not received

So recently I opened a account with Redbet. And make a deposit of 110.00 gbp through my MasterCard credit card. I then withdrew a some of money to look a a few hours later and my withdrwal was cancelled. Got on to the chat service of Redbet and they said I had done this. I knew I hadn’t. So I withdrew again. 5 hours later cancelled again. I then went on chat who said although I sent some ID in they need more and that I cannot withdraw to mastercard as it isn’t a card with a bank account? I then deposited 10.00 through another card I had with bank account attached. They then stated they need ID for this too. So I sent in 8 forms of ID yes 8. All verified by Redbet. I then went to withdraw to my second card to which Redbet cancelled again and said I need to withdraw via trustly. I don’t know what this is but was told it’s instant bank transfer and money will be with me same day. The Money hasn’t hit my account day on and I’m worried we’re the money has gone. The company are saying I need to go through my bank. But Redbet have sent this via trustly. Some company in Sweden. I really don’t know what to do. And need some help. Anyone?? Withdrawal some total is 347.50gbp
