Yesterday I had created a account with RedBet Casino after seen very good reviews on this forum and decided to play after 20 Euro deposit. Firstly, they didn't wanted to credit any bonus upon my deposit and after very long conversations and provided them the link I had created my account. They gave me 150% bonus and I started to play from 50 euro total. I played minimum bets most and my highest bets were 2.50 euro. Therefore, I had withdrawable 190 euro after their 40X rollover requirements. So, I decided to withdraw request my winning 190 euro. Today I tried to login and found my account blocked for security reson. Then I checked my email box and found a email from them that my account was closed permanently and my payout will be paid manually within next 5 business days! I tried to know so many times why my account closed but they didn't give me any single reason. Now I am looking forward your help please if you can. Thank you.

No response from RedBet Casino! They stole my little winning of 190 euro which won after rolled over 40X their 150% bonus! I don't understand how come they got high Rating for play!! They are scam!!! They don't pay winning to player!!

Hi ariful,

As promised we investigated and according to our records you used a Neteller account in a different name from the one you completed on Redbet account. You were informed and we requested ID and proof of address, which you provided and confirmed your details in Redbet but not the ones of Neteller account. This goes against our T&C, therefore your deposit was returned to you accordingly and your account was closed for security reasons. Our legal department informed right away.

Thank you very much for your response with findings. The payment method I used to deposit was created by myself with my girl friend's personal details long long time ago. Since then I am regularly using this account for deposit and withdraw into all casinos. However, the email address clearly represent my full name and I can certify that the payment method was used belong to me. I also received 2 other payments from 2 other casinos without single trouble after received the refund from the Red Bet casino.
