i was delighted to receive an email from Slotsmillion advising I had won a mystery amount Bonus of $5, $10, $20, $50 or $100, I hit the "claim your bonus" button the email to learn it just took me to the deposit page. I then brought it up with Support only to be advised I do no qualify as I needed to make a minimum of 2 desposits in the last month. it Does not state this anywhere on the promotion email. (see attached) My account was on a 30 day cool off period and only just activated again, so it was impossible for me to have deposited twice in the time. Support advised me those were the rules, which I disputed and was left very angry they would not warrant the bonus I received. Not overly happy considering the 1000's I have deposited over 2 years or so of being a loyal player and since requested my account to be closed. I do however think this needs to be brought to the attention of the casino manager as support were not very accommodating.

You are right, you receive this email informing that you were eligible, as an Australian player, to our new Winter Million promo. You are also right to mention that this email did not mention the terms and conditions of this recurring promotion. However, allow me to mention two facts that I also believe to be important: 1) your cool-off period ended on the 6th of July, which was 4 days before the promotion started; 2) as our customer support informed you, the terms and conditions of this offer are available at anytime on the promo page (https­://­www.sl­ots­mil­lio­n.c­om/­en/­pro­mot­ion­s/w­int­er-­mil­lion) when non-logged, where it states:

"PLAYER REQUIREMENTS:
This promotion is available in Australia.
To be eligible for this promotion, a player must have made at least two deposits within 30 days before the beginning of the giveaway at 18h AEST.
OFFER CONDITIONS:
The bonuses are given once per week per player meeting the player requirements, on a first come first served basis, and the bonus granted is random within the limits of the amount left remaining.
The bonus amount is granted in AUD and will be converted into the currency associated with the player account according to the daily currency exchange rate.
The bonus has a wagering requirement of x20, must be claimed within 24h, and has to be played within 5 days.
