Good day,
I played with the betting provider Quickwin and wanted to withdraw 800 euros. 500 euros and 300 euros each. I requested both withdrawals on March 26, 2024. So far no money has been transferred and the payouts were repeatedly canceled by the casino and requested by me again.
Currently, even the payout of 500 euros is not listed as “pending” and the money is no longer there in the account. Processing payout requests according to the terms and conditions and statements from employees is fine. But it's been dragging on for ten days now.
It would be nice if you could help.

All screenshots of requested withdrawals, emails and chats can be provided.

We checked your withdrawal requests and established that the reason for them being unsuccessful is incorrectly entered BIC.
