I won money on QuickWin casino about a month ago.
I have withdrawn money 3 times using the same method I deposited with (e-transfer). About 2-3 days after withdrawing it gets cancelled with no explaination on their end. They keep sending me the same messages that they are escalating my situation but u hear nothing back.
In one chat with an agent for theirs, they asked me for all my banking info so they could manually withdraw for me. When I asked if I should be emailing them that info they said no, send it in the chat which I am now concerned about.
I would just like to withdraw the funds I have won.
