I've been trying submit my fund sine 11 Feb. It was cancel all the time. I asked online support they said I was put some wrong information probably IBAN or Swift code but I'm 100% sure my information are correct.
Furthermore, they said if I want to change my payment method I have to deposit money to the account with new method after that they might allow me to change, sound ridiculous.
The last withdrawal was canceled last night. So I contact them again and they just ask me to use chrome browser. I feel like they want to buy some times and try to trick me somehow.
By the way I try to withdraw 1000€ again via Chrome. Let see what happen.
