Ladies and Gentlemen,
On 08.09.2023, 2 hands won at Blackjack were not credited to my player account. I then contacted the support team by email in the night of 10.09.2023 (see screenshot "Mail1")
I then received the reply that the Quickwin team had checked both bets and could not identify any missing winnings.
So I contacted support again several times by email and tried in German and English.
On 10.10.2023, one of the two winning hands was then credited. (See screenshot "Mail5").
I then pointed out once again that a win was still missing. Since then, I have not received any replies to my emails from support since 10.10.2023.
In the live chat, I was told that my request would be forwarded to the responsible department and that I would be contacted by email. So far I have not received a reply either.
On the attached screenshots you can also see that the blackjack hand was won on 08.09.2023 with 160 Euros. However, the bet was counted as lost on my Quickwin account (also attached here as a screenshot).
Please check the matter again and credit the outstanding winnings of 160 Euros.
