I have several issues with the live dealer casino on this site. 1st, I have a winning hand, as per the attached screenshots, but the winnings of 180 dollars were never credited to my balance ( around August 25th)

2nd issue, with attached supporting documents is that I've had several as in a dozen or so bets "rejected" but the rejected bet amounts never came back to my account. I have screenshots of the live dealer chat stating this very issue.

3rd issue, there is a cancelled withdrawal of 750 dollars that I did not make, and the cancelled amount was never put back in my balance

I've contacted casino support daily for the last few weeks, but all I get is the same generic response, that id have an update shortly. For a resolution I simply want all this money back in my account

Hi there,
It's tough to say exactly how much they owe me from these glitches. From the winning hand not being credited, it is 180 dollars. From the rejected bets, they don't show up in my hand history, however with my chat with the live dealer tables, they provided me a reference, which is included with the screenshots. The reference which they sent to the casino support should have all the hand history in which this has happened. Is i was guessing, i weeks say it's at least 500 dollars, but that's just a guess

I do want to note I am looking for more than 180 dollars for me to consider this case to be resolved. The 180 dollars was just from the winning hand not being credited. This doesn't take into consideration the amount of times my casino hands were rejected and funds not returned to my account. . While I don't have the exact total,I would suspect at least 500 dollars. I will try to reach the live dealer customer service with wlan exact number, however the reference number PI-4272 should have all those information

I do feel like there has been ample time for me to get my money back. I've been following up daily and get no progress. I've emailed vip support and haven't gotten a reply. I feel like the proof I've shown along with telling customer support the moment I had these issues should be enough. I've provided case references from the live dealer support as well. Hoping for a speedy resolution

I just want to provide an update. I was given a 40 dollar credit, which while it is a step in the right direction, is far less than the issues have cost me. I won't consider this case resolved until I am given the rest

Additionally, we would like to inform you that your withdrawal request with ID: 275832246, which amounted to 750 CAD, was canceled and the funds were re-credited to your account balance on 30.08.2023. It appears that these funds were subsequently used to play more games.

Good day. After looking closely i do believe I did cancel the withdrawal. As for the other issues, I have sent ample proof, in the form of screenshots showing the hand in question being a winning hand. Also the other irregularities with the wagers being rejected and not returning to my balance. I do NOT consider this case to be resolved

There is a specific hand that I've sent countless proof of showing clearly I have a winning hand and that balance not reflecting in my balance m furthermore the dozen or more times I've had live bets rejected and not returned to my balance.

I'm giving up on this issue. I've closes my account. I have no trust in quickwin, i have no confidence I'll ever see the funds that were taken from me. All I hope from this complaint is that others looking for a gaming site will see this review and think of going elsewhere. I'm supposed to be a vip on their site. I've played countless games and deposited thousands of dollars. I contacted the casino as soon as I had any issues and it's been over a month trying to resolve it. While I'm frustrated with quickwin. I'm at peace with having my account closed and knowing I will not spend another penny on this site. They are without a doubt the most untrustworthy betting site I've came across.
