I have several issues with the live dealer casino on this site. 1st, I have a winning hand, as per the attached screenshots, but the winnings of 180 dollars were never credited to my balance ( around August 25th)
2nd issue, with attached supporting documents is that I've had several as in a dozen or so bets "rejected" but the rejected bet amounts never came back to my account. I have screenshots of the live dealer chat stating this very issue.
3rd issue, there is a cancelled withdrawal of 750 dollars that I did not make, and the cancelled amount was never put back in my balance
I've contacted casino support daily for the last few weeks, but all I get is the same generic response, that id have an update shortly. For a resolution I simply want all this money back in my account

We would like to inform you that the game provider carefully reviewed the game rounds from the game "BlackJack Creed L" played on 26.08.2023 and they have informed us that, unfortunately, there were no winnings resulting from these game rounds, and the game provider did not detect any irregularities. As a result, we consider the case of missing winnings to be invalid.
Additionally, we have provided the findings of the game rounds to the Askgamblers Team as an evidence of the case.
With this, we consider the case to be closed.
We sent you the evidence via email that we received from the game provider. Kindly be informed that all the bets were settled correctly and there were no missing wins.
