Hey... I would like to write a complaint and hope that‘s gonna help so I will get my money, because right now I have concerns about getting my money at all.

I‘m waiting for 7 days till now and still not seeing any progress. I was writing a bunch of emails and asking live chat for help regarding my withdrawal but doesn’t seem like something changing. In meantime they asked me for my identity verification and I sent everything so my identity is verified and then they asked for a bank statements, my debit and credit card pictures and also credit card statements. I sent everything except is not possible to send bank statements as documents (I don‘t know why, documents are just 250kb and it‘s possible till 5mb, picture down), but I sent them bank statements as documents with email, but no answer and now I have a couple of hundreds in my credit and I wanted to make a third withdrawal (you are able to make 3 withdrawals each 500 euros max) but they don‘t let me, it‘s saying: withdraw action is restricted by group… I wrote emails also and asked what does that mean and there is no answer(picture down).

So I‘m worried if I will get my 1000 euros at all, what else I need to do to make process faster, so could you please help me?

So, i‘m waiting now 10-11 days already.. i sent all my documents on live chat more then once, per email more then once, to xyc support from their casino more then once.. and now everything what they needed is verified but verification is still pending(picture below).. and withdrawals are still pending.. so don‘t know what to do anymore and how long still i need to wait.. every time when i asked on live chat why is taking so long, they say: wait a bit more, be patient.. but for how long patient?! 11 days?!

This is impossible! Live chat from their casino is telling me all the time that they can not do anything, financial department will send me email snd they don’t have anything with financial department. They are working for same casino, they should speak with each others!!! I‘m waiting 12 days from some email from financial department and there is none. And all my documents are accepted anyway, give me my money and let me in peace! They saying after 3 days money is on your bank account and i‘m waiting for 12 now!!!!! This can not be!!!!! They have Curacao licence so i texted them also and ask if they can check what the hell is happening! I don‘t know what to do else! I know it‘s my fault why am i spending my money on this „wild unknown“ casinos but this is way too much what they are doing! They are playing with people money and nerves!!!

Now again, 12th day, they declined my verification. I really don‘t know what to do else. Please @AskGamblers help. I send them again everything with mail. On their support and their xyc verification page.. i sent my files with bank statements and klarna visa card statements. nobody answering, nothing. And it‘s already more then 10 emails that i sent.
I just want my money. And i promise that they will not see a euro from me anymore. I spent more then thousands on their casino and sister casino with same system(SG casino). Here are pictures with mail that i sent them and picture where they declined my verification after they approved it. Please help.

I got first withdrawal today and other 500 euros should got at Monday. So you can close complaint. Thank you
