Requested withdrawal of 513.50$ CAD at 16:11 EST January 2nd. 72 hours later no withdrawal has been done. The withdrawal processor is Gigadat, the same as for many casinos for Interac E-Transfer.

First support agent quoted a backlog. Second support agent said to be patient and wait. When pressed for a timeline, the 2nd agent abruptly ended the chat.

Still have not received any withdrawal sums.

Please be informed, that your withdrawal has been processed by us on the 3rd of January, and it is now pending on the payment provider's side as they are waiting for you to accept it by filling in the code that you received on your email.

I have not received an email to deposit funds from anybody. Furthermore, I have auto deposit, so funds would be automatically deposited without a password if they were sent. I did receive a text message to say to expect the transfer with a password on January 3rd however never received the actual transfer.

Hello,

I have not received the email transfer from Gigadat. I have not received an email from Quickwin either on how to proceed.

Please resend the email transfer. Alternatively, I can cancel this withdrawal request and request another one. However I absolutely have not received any payment email from Gigadat, nor Quickwin
