Hi Askgamblers and QBCASINO, Please do not mention any email, name, address information in this complaint section due to privacy.
I had a balance of 1333.75 Euros with this casino on August 12 2018
My account was verified; then they proceeded to make a withdrawal back to my credit card, however my credit card does not allow withdrawals in my country, so it was denied.
I then provided my bank wire information, all the necessary details for a wire transfer were given.
I was then emailed by their managing director. I was told not to worry about my withdrawal.
Over the last two weeks I have messaged him quite a few times, however I have not received an email regarding my withdrawal.
The last email I received from him was on August 27th. The email stated "Our Bank is trying to wire money through a third-party correspondent bank. The money should be coming to you soon.
Please let me know as soon as you have funds."
My funds are also missing from my account for over a week now. I haven't heard back from their support team, and I haven't received an funds to my bank account.
Hopefully they can take this situation seriously as none of the chat support members have provided me a proper answer.
