After multiple emails, and telling them I will open a complaint, the manager finally replied. As a form of compensation of the lateness I was given an extra 100 euros.
On November 6th, Roman the manager approved my withdrawal. November 8th the withdrawal was denied, no reason given. He said he would look in to it and then never replied back to any of my emails.
