“Processor problems”
I won $100 in December. I than submitted documents that month, they emailed back asking for additional documents. I proceeded to send them in and they were finally verfified late February. On 3/9 my payment was approved. I chatted to customer service several times during this time, each time they promised to “escalate” my payment. However, Each time I was told they have not sent it to the processor. They keep citing that their processors are busy. I understand this however, a $100 payment should not take a month to be sent to the processor.
