I have been having problems verifying my account with Jackpot247 after making a withdrawal. I have supplied them with all requested information apart from a bank statement as I do online banking so don't have any original copies. Instead, I supplied them with a copy of my payslip which clearly indicated my address at the top left hand of the piece of paper, but still they're telling me that there's no address on it! I'm so frustrated with them.

We can see that we asked the player for some documentation on the 25th February. On the 1st March we received everything apart from the proof of address - the one sent did not have a date which we couldn't accept. We are happy to be able to confirm that on the 3rd March all documents were received and approved. The player's withdrawals were processed on the 3rd which will have immediately cleared into his nominated account.
