Problem with payment and support
Okey, I must write new complaint.... From 24 January I am waiting for the payment of money. I have never waited more than a few days in other casinos. After the verification, the payment was to be commissioned immediately, but it does not arise to this date. In the end, I wrote directly and explicitly on Live Chat, because no one answers my e-mails, when they finally pay me the money, because everyday listening to the same, that in a few days could irritate. A small argument arose, but without any vulgarisms or insults. I was sure that Thomas (support) was able to do something, but he claimed that he did not have access to payment. After a while, while I was writing a sentence, he split up! A minute later I look and my payment has been canceled, do you understand that ?! According to Thomas, the payoff works no longer worked, so in revenge Thomas canceled my payment! I have been playing in casinos for two years and have never had a situation with such boorish support. He treated me like some trash, plus canceling my payment (where he supposedly did not have access to it), he caused me to wait another few weeks of waiting! He knew well that he would make me angry in this way, because I need that money very much, and the next days / weeks of waiting worsen the matter. I'm really shocked at what has happened now.
