Hello, I waited 7 days for my pending withdrawals and I've asked them many time why they late they did not respond. Now I got an email my withdrawals been canceled for NO REASON and I tried to contact via live chat also they did not reply and ask me to withdraw new one. This is not acceptable at all. I am frustrated I want to cashout my money but they wont allow it.
