I've verified my account many times with this casino every time I request a withdrawal they want more documents. I made a withdrawal of 400 euro 3 days ago I was asked to verify my payment methods so I sent all of them again, now they want a screenshot from Google pay of a deposit made on the 18/07/2025
Google pay wallet doesn't show online transactions it's says to open the card issuer app to see them which is revolut so I sent a bank statement they are also refusing this and asked for a screenshot again after explaining Google pay doesn't show online transactions
It's not allowing me to upload documents I have emails from them and that I have sent, a statement with the transaction there asking for but refused, card confirmation for the card used.
