I deposited at playamo with my bank account and received a bonus. I played slots and won. After I wagered my bonus and verified my account, I requested a withdraw. On my surprise I noticed, that all mostly used payments method as skrill, neteller and sofort banking is not available. I could deposit with all of them, but for withdrawal only trustly and one more system is available. Livechat told me to use trustly, so I tried it. There is only one box to fill, which asks for the amount I want to withdraw. I did so and nothing more happened. Livechat said every time, that I need to fill in all info as all info of my bank account, trustly never asked for it tho. After that, playamo wants me to do an another deposit with cubits, that I can withdraw my funds through cubits. First I never heard of cubits and second I won't deposit another money if they don't pay me my money they own me already.
For me, it is scam that playamo is trying to hold my money.

You can't be real to offer me this. I also have no Cubits account and i don't need it, because your Terms and Conditions don't say that i only can withdraw my funds to a trustly or a cubits account. It is just totally scam! Also, i won't deposit any penny at your casino in future, because now i know which shady strategies you use, to not pay any of your players!!!
But if you would have talked once to your staff, you would know that i won't deposit at your casino anymore and don't have any of the two mentioned accounts. I told them several times already, but this shows once again how you do your business!!!

Could You please create Cubits account, made a deposit 10€ from it for verification purpose and then we will be able to process your funds.

I am not asking to get my money on my Neteller or Skrill account. I want it on my bank account as I deposited with! Your terms and conditions don't say, that I can't withdraw my money back on it. I not even have a trustly or cubits account. Anyway, how can you offer to deposit with a cubits account when you not even get me my money which you owe me?
Furthermore I explained you several times, that when I choose trustly to withdraw, it asks only for the amount I want to withdraw and nothing else, so what do you want me to fill in? It is not asking for anymore info like account details or whatever! So what do you want me to confirm now? I see that it is pending, so? Where can I confirm my pending withdrawal? There is not confirmation tab or whatever!

I just put it here, that everybody can see, that you not trying to solve this matter, you just want to look good and helpful in public!
