I am filing this complain now with enough evidence.

So long story short.Since I read T&C sloppy and didn't catch that I am not allowed to use card with another name, my winnings were stolen and my account blocked.But after reading again I cought that in T&C is also stated that if this happens, money will be refunded to the owner of the card.I immediately contacted casino and they refuse to give money back (proof in the picture).

So what I want is for casino to give back the money that was not on my name as it is stated in their rules.
