Hi so i've been able to withdraw funds through bank transfer for the past couple weeks, but one issue has arisen with an updated format for the bank transfer implemented a day ago which requires an iban number. I am Australian which cannot obtain an iban number, and yes i have been told to put my bsb and account number together with no spaces but it comes up with invalid. I do request an option without the iban option as this casino caters for Australians who cannot request a withdrawal without an iban number. Please help and bring back the old format or allow me to enter my bsb and account number alternatively to the iban which is used in european countries
