I’ve won 62,000 through table games such as roulette and blackjack and previously withdrawn 2x transactions of $2000. Now my winnings has been investigated for 6 days now and my pending withdrawal of $2000 is dormant and will not being accepted as of now till the investigation is over. A similiar complaint has already been made by the username juliasoerensen and now i have the exact same issue. Customer support has given me no answers and replies with default answers saying management will notify me via email, but i feel they are stalling with me like most other casino players to play and lose the winnings. Can someone please help to get Playamo to respond so i am able to withdraw my legitimate winnings

This issue is becoming very frustrating as one of the live chat support team has not responded avoiding my question. I recently refreshed my withdrawal, as Playamo confirmed i can start withdrawing again.. Though my withdrawal was rejected of 2x transactions of 2000 and i messaged the live support team and they said "hold on i'll check what i can do", but they never responded and closed the chat.... Please help me with this ongoing issue...

I don't believe the issue is resolved yet but will further update if request for withdrawal is accepted. Also again no email from management so the only confirmation of allowing me to withdraw is the post above previously submitted by the Playamo support team.

Hi Playamo casino, happy to hear the news but have not recieved an email from management. I have refreshed my withdrawal so if it gets accepted i assume the investigation is over
