June 16, 2019 01:13, i do a cashout from Playamo and after a few minutes I chat with their support to processed it so I can make a withrawal. The support told me that my request is already forwarded to financial department so I patiently wait again. After an hour my cashout is still not process so i keep on playing. After an hour i win again then withraw few BTC. I talk with support and ask for help about my cashout and they told me that sorry for keep me waiting my request is already forwarded to financial department (that was 2nd time financial department). An hour again, my cashout is not yet process so I chat support again. My request is already forwarded to financial department (3rd). An hour again i chat again and Ryan (support) told me to cancel my cashout and made new cashout so i did it again and he told me to wait for 30minutes because i will received an email. 1 hour and half from that time no email was sent on me. I made a lots of withdrawal here and this is the very very long time I wait.
