Hello,

Earlier I did cashout to my Skrill account from PlayAmo casino, but now I can not do it because the skrill cashout option not active in the list of cashout types. The PlayAmo support told me: I have to make a new deposit from my skrill to unlock the locked skrill cashout, but the support can not explain to me why it locked, and not recommended to me any working cashout method. So after the chat with support I can not cashout to me my money I gamble all of it unfortunately.

Please help me in this topic.

I made a print screen from my actual cashout options, and I saved the all chat with the casino support fro this topic, I can send it.

As I can see, after the unsuccessful cashout You have finally withdrawn money from the casino to your skrill account.

Thank you for your quick answer.
I don't see any explanation about the Skrill cashout locking again, and I don't see any "compensation" in my casino balance for this temporary inconvenience.
I try to explain, why problem if I can not used the Skrill cashout option when I want.
When I am playing in casino games and I win, I have to make a cashout instantly, because if I not cashout it, probably I will play all, and I going to sad. See this complained case :-(
I think you know it, and this is the reason for the blocked Skrill cashout option. If I'm wrong, please give a reasonable explanation for this case.
This complaint not just for 120-130 Euros, this claim for the future. (but I will be happy if you give me back :-) )
I want to play a lot in your casino in the future, but before I have to trust you, and must be sure not happen similar incident in the future.

As I told before We had a problem with the transactions to the Skrill. Now this problem is solved. And as I see You had successful cashout to the skril 14th April. Your account was credited with a bonus - 40Euro - April 13, 2017 19:20 UTC time. But I suppose You missed it because You were playing at this time. Nevertheless, We will add the additional 80 Euro to your account without any wagering requirements.
