Short story, played on Playamo a month ago, I used my cousins debit card with his permission to deposit funds (I understand this is a violation now) and won money. But given the circumstances, the winnings won't be returned and I'm OK with that.
However, on the terms and conditions it states:
""PlayAmo does not accept third party payments. You must make deposits only from a bank account, VISA/MasterCard bank cards, payment systems Skrill/NETELLER or other payment methods registered in your own name. If we determine during the security checks that you have violated this condition, then your winnings will be confiscated and the original deposit will be returned to the owner of the payment account; PlayAmo also is not responsible for the lost funds deposited from third party accounts.

After numerous emails with them, they keep refusing to provide the money back to the card holder. They keep saying that the card holder needs to contact their bank (which makes no sense). But, my cousin did waste his time and do that, and they simply said there is nothing for them to do. If the merchant can return the money then they should just do it (obviously).
See attached for screenshots. We have wasted hours and hours now only to fail to get our original deposit back which was already a tough bullet to swallow as I had won $700.
Is there anything that can be done about this? Any help is greatly appreciated.

First of all, thank you for your patience.
The Security Department will not send any funds to the third party card, it is against the anti-money laundering policy.
The card owner needs to contact the bank in order to return the funds. We are unable to send aby funds to the third party cards.

Can you confirm what the card owner needs to tell the bank? What does the bank of the card owner need to do?
Also, the second screenshot I have provided as evidence shows that your team confirmed that they want to return the funds.

My question is being unanswered again.
Card holder goes to the bank, "hey I need a refund of this deposit", the bank will probably say "we don't have your money, the merchant does".
Do you not understand this? What could the bank possibly do?
Are you suggesting the bank needs to contact you?
If so, a request was made over 2-3 weeks ago and the bank has contacted you regarding the two $500 deposits.

The information about the third-party cardholder and its deposit cannot be discussed here. Moreover, our position remain the same, we are unable to return funds to the third-party card that was used in your gambling account.
In order to return the deposit, the cardholder should contact the bank and the bank will continue the deposit return procedure with the merchant.

Playamo does return the last deposit, however, the return procedure is not described or specified.
For a deposit return, the direct participation of the owner is required.
The owner is informed that gis account was used by a third party, otherwise, it is valued as fraud and theft of a card.

When have you asked me to provide payment details though?
You have been repeatedly asking for the card holder to contact his bank (for no reason).
So what is your specific ask now? Are you asking what card to send the payment to? Be more specific.

We are not asking you to provide the payment details of the card, the card, and the bank account that card is referring to does not belong to you.
The deposit can be returned, but it will require the card owner and bank cooperation.
