I have won $75,000 with playamo casino... to date I was able to cash out $16000 in $4000 withdrawal amounts.. $4000 a day and $16000 per week is the regulations according to T and Cs on playamo site. So next week was able - or should be able to continue to withdraw my winnings.. well now my withdrawal has been pending for 9 days! Live chat state they cant discuss any thing in regards to players deposits nor withdrawals... they direct me to support email address... I send an email asking what's the issue and receive no answer but a ticket number and no explanation.. I contact my VIP manager who provides me with vague answers and no actual info, tells me it's normal investigating winnings procedure. I ask for her to elaborate as I'd already recieved $16000 from the casino but my latest withdrawal attempt is stuck pending. No answer. Every department is vague and provide no help at all. I asked for manager and told no manager avail... so I ask when one will be avail... I'm told maybe later on. I can't believe the lack of professionalism with this casino. They are avoiding answering why the payment pending.... I assume it's cause they hope I'll gamble my win away so they don't have to pay out. This is the most frustrating online casino in regards yo the people who reply or should I say dont reply to ur queries. I'm contemplating contacting a ombudsman of some type as this is a joke.
