I played 2000 euro of my money and i won 7471 euro at playamo. But there policy says all withdraw is within 12 hours and there support says with 5 working days. 5 working days past and stil is my status on pending. i talk to the support team but the are not helpfull they dint answer my questons only the say thanks for understanding. i just want my money and no i am afraid that they dont want to give it to me. so please help me wirh this. normaly when tje documents are not good within 2 hours the discarted no the paperwork is good the dont wat to talk to me. i posted i complaint 5 minutes ago but i cant find it so this is why i do it again and sorry if you got 2 complaints about the same. but its just one complaint
