I submitted documents to be approved almost three weeks ago. My drivers licence was accepted no problem. However, my bank statement has been pending approval for weeks, thus meaning I cannot withdraw my winnings. Two versions of my bank statement was submitted just incase, a screenshot of the first page and also the whole months banks statement. The bank statement is most recent. There has not even been a decision made whether it is approved or denied. Please could an approval or non-approval of these documents be decided ASAP. I have had no problem using another gambling website called Jokaroom, whereby the same documents were used.
