Accepted Visa card for payments immediately. When withdrawing advised could not be made to Visa card. Asked for bank transfer details. Provided. The advised withdraw amount of $490 was under their amount of $500. Deposited additional funds in order to withdraw. Declined withdrawal. Asked to provide ID. Provided. Asked to Provide Prood of Address. Provided. Asked to resubmit as screen shot and photo documents "illegible" (not so my end). Would not allow me to provide documents via email. Everything had to be uploaded. Constantly doing withdrawal application and being declined. Asking for more documents. Each time money was put back into the account instead of held waiting for resolution. Each time had to go through withdrawal process again. Would not provide phone contact. Still awaiting withdrawal into my account bank account. Have cancelled visa card as I thought I may be being scammed. Not happy.
