Account credentials changed automatically
Hi team,
I was logged out of my account with inr 20000 and when I tried to login it said that username or password is incorrect.
However I have screenshot which the app provides and I have never changed my password, still I talked to the customer care and they said you should reset your password. So I did that and now it is opening into a different account with 0 balance.
I have the deposit copy of inr 5000 and their welcome mail. Now their consultant said that mail the security team for account merge so I did that. Now after sending all the documents they are sharing a automated response that "attach the file correctly".
However I have checked multiple times and attachment is fine and attached and is opening as well.now they have stopped responding.
I have screenshots and mail threads as proof with me as well.
Kindly help.
