Delayed Account Verification Funds Frozen for 15 Days
Hello AskGamblers Team,
I am submitting this formal complaint regarding my account with [Casino Name – e.g., SpinBetter / BetWinner], which has been under verification for more than 15 days now with no resolution.
Despite submitting all the required documents multiple times (more than 15 submissions), the casino’s Security Department has not provided any clarity or timeline for completing the verification process. My account remains inaccessible, and the funds inside (amount: [mention the amount if possible]) are frozen without justification.
I have repeatedly contacted support and received responses stating that my request is being processed "in turn" or "you will receive an answer soon," but no action has taken place.
This delay is causing me serious financial and emotional stress, especially since I have complied fully with all their requests. I believe this behavior might be unjustified and possibly in violation of fair gaming policies.
Here is what I am requesting:
1. Immediate resolution of my account verification.
2. Full access to my funds.
3. A clear explanation of the reasons behind the extended delay.
Please find attached all relevant communications, screenshots, and documents that I have shared with the casino.
