Cashback denied
Hello,
I am filing a complaint against Betwinner Casino due to a serious issue with my cashback.
On October 14, 2025, after a game crash caused by a technical error, my account was incorrectly credited, and later, 8,002 MAD was deducted to fix this mistake.
After this, I deposited exactly 2,235.73 MAD and lost it while playing, but the casino refused to pay my cashback. The system counted the balance correction in a way that denied my cashback, even though, according to their rules, I am entitled to receive 10% cashback on my lost deposit.
Customer support repeatedly refused to manually review my eligibility or to correct the system error, despite my proof and clear explanations.
This is not my fault, but I am still being denied the cashback reward I deserve.
I kindly ask AskGamblers to review my case and help me receive the cashback as per the operator’s own terms.
