Payouts declined and verification of my documents still not processed
I'm playing at RubySlots for about 2 years. The first payout was in december 2015 or january 2016, I don't remember exactly. It tooks a long time, but in the end, I got the money. I've verified my account the first time about 2 years ago.
Now, on saturday 2017-12-02, I have deposited $165 (Neteller) with the 350% No Max-Cashout coupon 'CHRISTMASCROOKSVIP' and won about $5,270 and requested 2 x 2,500 payout with Neteller. The support chat told me, that I've to send the documents again. On the same day (2017-12-02) I've sent the required documents (driver's license, utility bill, credit card authorization form without credit card details because I've deposited with Neteller) to payments@casinosupportcenter.com and documents@rubyslots.com. On monday 2017-12-04 both payouts were declined without any explanation. The support chat told me, that the verification documents still not processed. In the meantime, I've sent the documents also to loriana.s@casinosupportcenter.com, because this casino employee have written to me in december 2015. I've got no response to all my emails - first email with the documents was sent 7 days ago!
I've fulfilled all bonus requirements: The used bonus is a NO-MAX bonus and I've fulfilled the playthrough.
The total amount of payout should be $4,696.28:
$5,273.78 - $577.50 (bonus amount) = $4,696.28
