Payout delay and bad information


I made several withdrawls between tge 09/04/17 and the 22nd.some have been approved fro over 7 days and still nothing showing in my bank.I have received to withdrawals of £10 each but none of my other withdrawals that are older totalling over £700.when I speak to live chat I just get to told to wait as they have switched payment provider.then the next time I get told it's because or world pay issues even though they have told me they now use pay vision so I'm confused and annoyed it's taking so long and I don't seem to be getting any good answers on live chat.

Hi thank you for your reply.as requested I have requested the funds be withdrawn and I can see you ave approved them.as soon as the funds arrive in my account I will reply immediate but as of yet nothing has gone in.
