Won $5571 on April 29, 2016
I did receive a check for $2285 on Oct 2,2017
I still have not received two other approved amounts
Approved on 12/22/16 for $2500
Approved amount on 2/6/17 for $571
Live chat on 10/26/17 stating they would send the balance shortly. I still have not received any payments. I would appreciate your help in resolving this issue

I'm sorry to see you're encountering delays once again. Now that I'm involved, you know I'll have things sorted for you in very short order. ;-)

I've already sent off a request for your first withdrawal to be paid. I would expect this will be sent off to our processor, tomorrow. Once I have confirmation of this, I'll be back to update this thread.

Sorry for the delay in coming back to you--I've been swamped. ;-/

I've checked on your account and I see your first payment has indeed been sent off: 11/19 Paid $2500 for transaction #46024640, I would expect to have tracking on this, early next week at the latest (I'm allowing a bit more time due to the Thanksgiving holiday). As soon as I have tracking, I'll be able to have your remaining withdrawal sorted for you.

I'm so sorry--I didn't realize I missed giving you an update on your latest payment.

Your final payment was not only already sent off (11/25 Paid $571 for transaction #46714148), but is set to be delivered this morning by 10:30. ;-)
