Payment seriously delayed
I am concerned with Dr Vegas as I joined last week (Sunday) and had a win of £90, since then almost 5 days on the payment states "waiting authorisation". I contacted customer service who in all fairness use copy and paste templates and is kind of like speaking to a robot. Having no luck I escalated to a manager who then e mailed me the same copy and paste template regarding 3-5 working day for payments which I totally understand as it's a banking conditions and also they had to check my game play to ensure everything was fine. I am really concerned from looking at previous complaints that I will have to wait a while and chase this up continuously. Since I received that e-mail from a manager 2 days has passed where she has not even replied to me. Any ideas how I can try to get this resolved? As excluding the 3-5 days the payment has not even been released and we have just hit the 5th working day. Thank you.
