Payment Slow to Receive


I have a Payment from February still unpaid in the amount of $1,150. Payments were happening like clock work when I had a complaint out with Askgamblers. I was VIP5 status, but since I actually won across their casinos and currently have payments due of over $15k, they removed my status and my payment seems to have stopped. Last payment was sent on 3/22. I have 2 payments due from Dreams one for $1,150 and another for $400. Both have been approved for payment. Would really appreciate your assistance in getting my payments processed.

I'm very sorry you're having headaches with us, again. :-/

I've checked on this account and it looks as if everything is in order: 4/11 Paid $1550 for transactions #55878761 ($1150) & #56289501 ($400). I can see from the tracking that this was delivered to you, yesterday.

At this point, there are no further payments pending either approval or payment, so we should be good with your Dreams account. ;-)
