I have two payments authorized on my account from July 12th of this year and have not received either. One was for $730 the other for $1250 for a total of $1980. I have contacted Ruby numerous times only to be told they were working on it, then that my bank did not take wire deposits, then that they were mailing checks. I have received nothing. Now my emails to them just go unanswered. This is beyond ridiculous. Going on 3 1/2 months for a payout?

Well I got my check yesterday. Seems odd after 3 1/2 months I post this on Oct 24th, the check was cut Oct 26th and FEDEX'd overnight to me and I receive in Oct 27th but I got it. Thanks Askgamblers, your system works. Could not be happier. This complaint can be closed.
