I did not get my withdrawal of my winnings of 200 Euros despite that as they say it was approved and processed on the 9th of April 2018. After several times chatting and messaging and sending my bank statements the problem remains the same. The last message is that it has been approved and processed on 9th April but I have not received anything into my account and on the other hand my bank says that they (Casino) haven't actually sent the money regardless being approved and processed or not! Also my bank manager informed me that the transfer of any funds to Visa debit card can't take more than 7 business days from anywhere in the world!

Proof of payment doesn't mean that I have received the funds. In addition, you have already got the partial statement of my account from 9 April upto current date which I send it directly from my personal Internet Banking account.

As explained previously, you withdrew in currency €. Your account is in Australian dollars. Bank out of EU charge international transfer fees.
We provided you already the proof of payment, but on your side, you don't want to send us your bank statement.
