I won R3000 but the casino keeps rejecting payment methods. They accepted my eft transfer but getting payment has been a nightmare. My oringinal withdrawl request was the 4th march 2017. To date the funds have not been transferred. I'm from South Africa. please assist as I'm not sure what else I should do
