Kindly note that the system automatically flagged the winnings as originating in a free bonus, and when the withdrawal request was reviewed, it was declined. As per our Banking page, you can cash out winnings from free bonus money if you have at least a minimum deposit of 25 made in the last 5 days before placing the payout request, and the latest deposit on the account was in May 2020.
However, upon further investigation, we have found that the origin of the winnings is in a cashback offer and the player is entitled to the full amount, without having to make a deposit in order to withdraw. All that is left to do now is for the player to request the withdrawal again and we will review it accordingly.
