Payments Delay & No Response


I finally hit on two of 4 sister casinos I was playing. dreams casino for $5000 and SlotsGarden for $2500. That was on July 31. I submitted all my documents by 6 August. My VIP rep, who was in constant daily touch with me while I was spending money, became non responsive or very slow in responses. He kept saying he needed a document that I submitted multiple times. He then sent me an email saying he was going on vacation for 10 days. After countless emails and chats on 16 August they accepted my documents. My VIP rep finally answered one email and said one of my withdrawals were approved. I received the tracking within 3 days and the check for $1905. The withdrawal for Dreams was split in two and they sent me the smaller of the two. I sent numerous emails inquiring about the other two with no response. I finally did a chat and was transferred to Emily who is now my VIP rep. She promised to get things moving. I received an email stating the SlotsGarden was sent to processing on 22August and they had 10 days to deliver the check. On the 2 September I received an email stating the Dreams payment was approved sent to processing. I have sent numerous emails asking for updates without any responses. I finally do another chat and get Mr. Hardy who confirms the above was all done and approved, but now I just have to wait. I explained it's been 10 days and we get disconnected.
i might add that I spent tens of thousands on these 4 sister sites and while that all was happening I had the best customer service Neo was on his game. As soon as I request a payment the customer service becomes nonexistent. I have the countless emails and screen shots of all the chats. I forgot to mention that the email chat button says it's sending you an email of your conversation, but it does not so I began screen printing them. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

I just received tracking for my final payment on SlotsGarden. Thank you AskGamblers! It's a shame it took this to get responses, but I am glad you are here to help.

I can confirm I received the check for dreams today.

I have not received tracking information on the Slotsgarden payment which was approved on 22August.

Still waiting for acknowledgement from Tawni on that part of the compliant which was not addressed in her response.

Thank you for your reply. Yes, as I stated in my original compliant and my followup replies I did get the original payment and just received the tracking for the second payment which is do to deliver on Tuesday next week.

I am still waiting for the payment from SlotsGarden which is the very first payment approved and sent to processing (22August), yet I have not seen any tracking.

I stated that very clearly, I thought, in my compliant. Do I need to start another compliant for them under SlotsGarden or are you able to handle from here?

I appreciate your reply and will be waiting to hear your response.
